    You guys have so many great workouts. I’m just not sure which ones to do as a weekly practice. Is it possible to have a sample schedule for a week of your workout tapes? Love your family! Found you from Chef AJ!

      Hello Gina, thank you so much for partnering with us. We do not have a particular schedule in place for our workouts. However, if you are looking to work in/on a particular area of your body/ endurance/ strength/ agility/ balance etc., we can put a one-week workout schedule together for you. Each one of our workouts will benefit you wherever you are currently in your fitness journey. Queen is our official modifier and she performs modification moves in every one of our routines. Some workouts are a little tougher than others, but remember, Queen is there performing modifications for you. Modifications are not necessarily easy but they will/can help you perform the movements.
