Join in on this fun but challenging cardio & strength routine. This workout is designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscular endurance. No worries if you don’t have kettlebells. You can use dumbbells, or simply use gallons of water.
The routine consists of 5 different cardio moves with a kettlebell buy-in. Be sure to work at your pace. Always remember, “form over speed”. And more importantly, have fun!
