hiit live vol. 121: Bodyweight Exercise Routine

This workout is designed to challenge your cardio, strength, and endurance. No Equipment is needed.

This routine will consist of timed intervals of 30 seconds work with a 2-second rest. There will be warm-up, plyo, strength, and agility sessions. Then closing the workout with our “Give It All You Got” round. Be sure to modify when needed. Always remember, “form over speed”. And more importantly, have fun!
