MAC-N-NO CHEESE

Who doesn’t love macaroni and cheese?  Well, I know my kiddos love mac and cheese but hold the dairy, please!  Yes, macaroni and cheese that is dairy free and nut free, but lots of creaminess and full of flavor!

ITALIAN PARM (PLANT-BASED)

This cheesy flavored sprinkle makes the perfect addition to spaghetti, pizza, a baked potato, soup, salad or popcorn.  Free of dairy, added sodium, and even a nut-free version, this Plant-Based Italian Parm is totally a guilt-free indulgence.

CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

Cinnamon French Toast is one of our kiddos favorite breakfast meals.  It was one of mine too as a kid growing up.  This recipe is so much healthier without the added oils, sugars, dairy, and eggs.  So when they ask for the occasional treat of Cinnamon French Toast, mom approves without hesitation!
