Cut celery into smaller pieces (about 1″) and add to food processor. Add julienne carrots to food processor. Process unit chopped into desired chunkiness.
Add drained chickpeas and all remaining ingredients to food processor. Process until well blended and somewhat chunky. Be sure not to over process or you will have hummus. No worries though still just as delicious. 🙂
Make sandwich with chickpea spread as desired. Enjoy!
