Ingredients
  • 1cup Banana, very ripe, frozen
  • 1handful Baby Spinach
  • 1Tbsp Peanut Butteror Nut/Seed Butter of choice (free from added oils)
  • 1/2cup Dark Red Kidney Beans, Unsalted
  • 1Tbsp Golden Flaxseed, milled
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1cup Soy Plant-based Milk, Unsweetenedor Plant based milk of choice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
