Ingredients
  • 1cup Apple Juice, Unfiltered
  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp Rosemary, Crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/2cup Oats, Old Fashioned RolledGluten-free, preferred
  • 1Tbsp Golden Flaxseed, milled(optional)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Berries of choice
Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup of apple juice, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, rosemary and marjoram to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup old fashion rolled oats to pot. Reduce pot to a medium bowl and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer cooked oats to a bowl. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of milled golden flaxseed (optional) and 1/2 cup of fresh berries of choice. Enjoy!
