This tasty latte inspired and adapted from Rich Roll’s PlantPower Way book has no added sugar or nuts, but it is full of sweetness and creaminess. All whole plant-based ingredients and just enough spice to make your taste buds dance!

SPICED GREEN TEA LATTE
Warm and sweet latte with a pinch of spice!
Ingredients
- 1 large Medjool Date, pitted and halved
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tea bag Green Tea
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the pitted Medjool date and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Drop in the tea bag. Allow the tea to seep for 6 minutes.
- Remove tea bag from pot. Pour the water and date into a high speed blender. Add the remaining spices to the blender. Blend until date is dissolved and tea is smooth.
- Pour the contents into a tea cup and enjoy!
