This routine is designed to strengthen and sculpt your shoulders. Equipment needed will be dumbells and bands. If you don’t You can use cans of food or bottles of water for weights. If you don’t have bands either, no worries. We all have been blessed with the pull of “gravity”. 🙂
he routine consists of 3 sets of 10 reps of 6 different moves. Then we will do 5-band time under tension 15 second holds. Be sure to work at your pace. Always remember, “form over speed”. And more importantly, have fun!
