  • 1/2cup Water
  • 1/2cup Cashew, Raw(or roasted unsalted)
  • 3Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw, Unfiltered
  • 1/4tsp Garlic Powder, unsalted
  • 1tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  1. Heat water to a boil and pour into blender.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender with heated water and blend until creamy.
  3. Pour cashew mayo into a glass jar with lid. Allow spread to chill completely before using. Spread will thicken as it chills. Will keep in the fridge for up to 7 days. Stir before using.
