  • 115oz can Chickpeas
  • 1stalk Celery
  • 1/4cup Julienne Carrots
  • 3Tbsp Cashew Mayo(recipe on our website)
  • 2Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1Tbsp Sweet Relish
  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas well and set aside.
  2. Cut celery into smaller pieces (about 1″) and add to food processor. Add julienne carrots to food processor. Process unit chopped into desired chunkiness.
  3. Add drained chickpeas and all remaining ingredients to food processor. Process until well blended and somewhat chunky. Be sure not to over process or you will have hummus. No worries though still just as delicious. 🙂
  4. Make sandwich with chickpea spread as desired. Enjoy!
